Bribery Statement
The Bribery Act 2010 was enacted to more effectively tackle bribery, it is defined as the act of offering someone a financial or other advantage to improperly influence their duties or to reward them for such improper conduct.
At Provide Community (Provide Community Interest Company(CIC), our goal is to deliver exemplary public service, ensuring integrity and accountability in all our activities. We are resolute in protecting both ourselves and the public from fraud, bribery, and corruption.
To this end, we are committed to implementing and upholding robust policies for the prevention and detection of these unethical practices. Our Local Anti-Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption Policy applies to all staff, as well as individuals and organisations acting on our behalf. We have a zero-tolerance policy for offences related to fraud, bribery, and corruption. We rigorously investigate any suspected acts of fraud, bribery, corruption, misappropriation, or irregularity and will take comprehensive and appropriate action against any instances of wrong doing.
