Pricing & Payment Terms
Detailed below are our new prices that take effect from 1st April for appointments made from this date. We pride ourselves in delivering more than just great healthcare; these increases help us to ensure our commitment to providing the very best services to you, as reflected by the recent opening of our new Clinic Centre in Colchester.
Payment
Payment for all services will be taken at the point of booking.Â
Payment can be made via Debit or Credit Card (other than American Express) or via bank transfer.Â
Please note we are not able to accept cash payments at any of our clinics for any supplementary charges incurred during your appointment.
Cancellation of Self Pay Treatment
Our cancellation and refund policy is:
- If you cancel your appointment more than 7 days ahead of the appointment you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours ahead of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation charge of 25% of the fee, unless you reschedule your appointment at the point of cancellation, in which case we will not charge a cancellation fee.
- Appointments that have already been rescheduled are not eligible for a refund.
- In the event you provide less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, or do not attend your appointment you will be liable for the full amount and no refund will be given.
- You will remain liable for any fees relating to treatment or diagnostics received up to the point of cancellation.

New Patient Appointment with Consultant Paediatrician   | £400 |
| Existing Patient Medication Follow-up with Consultant Paediatrician: 30 min follow-up face-to-face review of presentation, medical checks, symptoms, treatment plan, provision of prescription.   | £250 |
| Additional Medication Follow-up: 15 min follow-up via telephone or video call, to check medication, side effects, dosage, etc & provision of repeat prescription. | £125 |

Please note; If you have had a gap in medication with Provide Wellbeing, you may be required to repeat the New Patient Appointment stage above. You may be occasionally required to attend a face-to-face follow-up appointment to review your presentation, medical checks, symptoms, treatment plan, and provision of prescription. The cost of this is £250. |  |
