Pricing & Payment Terms

Detailed below are our current prices, effective from 1st April 2024.

Payment

Payment for all services will be taken at the point of booking. Speak to us about your options to spread the cost in advance of your appointment.

Payment can be made via Debit or Credit Card (other than American Express) or via bank transfer. 

Please note we are not able to accept cash payments at any of our clinics for any supplementary charges incurred during your appointment.

Cancellation of Self Pay Treatment

Our cancellation and refund policy is:

  • If you cancel your appointment more than 7 days ahead of the appointment you will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours ahead of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation charge of 25% of the fee, unless you reschedule your appointment at the point of cancellation, in which case we will not charge a cancellation fee.
  • Appointments that have already been rescheduled are not eligible for a refund.
  • In the event you provide less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, or do not attend your appointment you will be liable for the full amount and no refund will be given.
  • You will remain liable for any fees relating to treatment or diagnostics received up to the point of cancellation.

Private Medical Insurance

Health insurance, often called private medical insurance, is an insurance policy that covers the costs of private healthcare, from diagnosis to treatment. Private medical insurance is unique to you. Your coverage depends on your policy and who you buy it from. Please check with your policy provider before beginning treatment to ensure cover approval.
