I obtained my Medical Graduation (MBBS) and postgraduate degree in Paediatrics (MD) from India, where I worked in Acute Paediatric and Neonatal care. I have an MRCP degree from Edinburgh and became a full member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) in 2002.

I am a Senior Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician in mid Essex and am also the designated doctor for looked after children for Southend, Thurrock and Essex. I have been the Lead Paediatrician to devise the integrated pathways for Autism and ADHD in Mid Essex and am considered a senior expert in these fields. In addition to Autism and ADHD, I have a keen interest in assessment and management of children with developmental delay, academic difficulties, sleep difficulties and Neurobehavioral Paediatrics.
