I am a Clinician at Provide Wellbeing with special interests in Carpal Tunnel, No-Scalpel Vasectomy and Minor Skin Surgery. I trained at the University of Pretoria Medical School in South Africa and qualified in 1995 before moving to the UK in 1998. I worked as an Emergency Department Doctor at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital between 1998 and 2004, until I decided to change career and embark on GP training, which I completed in 2006. I have had a special interest in minor surgery for most of my career. I trained with and worked alongside Dr Laurel Spooner, who pioneered No-Scalpel Vasectomies to be performed in primary care in the UK. I work three days a week as GP principal in Colchester and spends the rest of my time working at Provide Wellbeing.
