Dr Pradeep Sahare Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician

Dr Sahare is a Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician specialising in ASD, ADHD and developmental delay. He started working with Provide Wellbeing in 2008.

Dr Pritesh Morar

Dr Yen Lam GP with Special Interests

Dr Lam has special interests in Carpal Tunnel Decompression and Vasectomies, and trained at King’s College, London and qualified in 1997.

Ella Crook Speech and Language Therapist

Ella is a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, who qualified from The University of East Anglia in July 2014.

Emma Lindsley Speech and Language Therapist

Emma is a Speech and Language Therapist at Provide Wellbeing.

Gail Stephens Nurse

Gail is a nurse working as part of the Provide Wellbeing team.

Hannah Sparks Patient Care Advisor

Hannah previously worked as a Theatre Support Worker for the NHS for 4 years before joining Provide Wellbeing in July’23 as a Patient Care Advisor.

Hannah Westwood-Loftus Lead Occupational Therapist

Hannah has been working as a Lead Occupational Therapist since 2006, supporting children and adults with physical and learning disabilities.

Harish Mahadevappa Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Dr Harish Mahadevappa is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and has worked in the Colchester area for over a decade. His special interests are neurodevelopmental conditions (ASD and ADHD), anxiety disorders and tics.

Hayley Barnes Speech and Language Therapist

Hayley has worked with children, young people and adults with a range of communication needs including Autism and the Criminal Justice System.

Jackie Olsen Head of Neurodevelopmental Services

Jackie is our Head of Neurodevelopmental Services. Jackie is a registered Social Worker, with many years of experience as a clinician, manager and leader of Mental Health and Neurodevelopmental services, in both NHS and the private sector. Joanna Knight ENT Nurse

Jo is an experienced nurse who works within the ENT Outpatients' Department. She is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Joanne Ager Speech and Language Therapist

Joanne has worked as a Speech and Language Therapist since 2007 across a range of clinical and educational settings.

Joy Thomas Patient Care Advisor

Joy has worked in various business roles previously and is currently a Patient Care Advisor at Provide Wellbeing since April 2023.

Karen Donovan Alternative Therapist

Karen is qualified in alternative therapy, and her interests are are health and wellbeing - encouraging patients to enjoy better health.

Kia Williams Patient Care Advisor

Kia has been working with at Provide Wellbeing since September 2020 and enjoys helping and supporting all our patients/service users throughout their time with us.

Kim Bussey Patient Care Advisor

Kim studied Health and Social Care at school and college, and she joined the Provide Wellbeing team in August 2021.
