We do not currently offer ADHD assessments for children via Right to Choose but please check back regularly for updates on this. You can provide us with a copy of a recent school report. However, this will only be considered suitable for triage if there is adequate information to determine whether an assessment is appropriate. If this is not the case, our clinicians will need to await completion of the school forms when they reopen.
