Are you able to refer me to an NHS specialist?
If you wish to be referred into the NHS following a consultation with one of our Provide Wellbeing clinicians, we will happily support you in this decision. We will need to inform your NHS GP who will be able to refer you to the appropriate NHS specialist. For more information, please contact our support team.
Do you offer home visits?
Most of our services can only be performed within our specialised clinics, however certain services may be available for home visits. Please enquire if this is something you would like to discuss.
Is there provision for disabled visitors?
Yes, we are accessible for disabled customers, with wheelchair access to our buildings and clinic rooms. We also have an accessible, ground floor toilet.
Will I be able to park?
Free, accessible car parking is currently available at all Provide Wellbeing sites.
How long will I have to wait for my appointment?
We will try our best to give you an appointment at a time and date that suits you, with the shortest possible waiting time. To find out when the next available appointment is for the service you are interested in, please phone 03003 039966 or email hello@providewellbeing.co.uk.
Will I be seeing a male or female clinician?
We will try to accommodate any preference you have for a specific clinician – please let us know at the time of booking if you have a preference.
Will you have access to my medical history?
All of our services include a comprehensive assessment, including taking your relevant medical history. If there is any particular medical information that you would like us to review, such as scan results, you are entitled to request copies of these directly. Alternatively, with your consent, we can request copies on your behalf.
Will I always be charged up to 50% of the appointment fee if I miss an appointment?
We want your entire experience with Provide Wellbeing to be a positive one. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from making your appointment, the late cancellation charge may be waived. This decision will be subject to management discretion.
What happens if I cannot attend my appointment?
We understand that things crop up that may get in the way of you making your appointment – if this happens, we will work with you to find an alternative date and time that suits you. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you want to change or cancel your […]
