Gail started training at Broomfield Hospital and qualified in 1989. She then went on to work as agency Nurse at Rochford Hospital and the Wellesley for 6 months before starting work on the orthopaedic ward there. She moved onto Southend Hospital in 1995 and went to work on Shopland Orthopaedic Ward and has been there ever since.

She has worked part time as a night staff nurse due to bringing up a family. She now has two grown up children and two crazy dogs. Now that her children are older she has taken the opportunity at Provide Wellbeing Clinic and has really enjoyed the new adventure.
